Cronjobs allows control of customers' ACL group to run at the back end while not interfering with the site operations. In T-Download Store, cronjob is required to take a customer off an ACL group automatically when his subscription is expired.

You can setup your cronjob to run each and every 5 or 10 minutes. We recommend you should set 10 or less. The cronjob command is as below

wget -O /dev/null "http://yourdomain.com/index.php?option=com_tdownloadstore&task=cron.action"

In some cases, you may need to specify the full path to your wget binary. It is usually in /usr/bin/ if you are using CentOS or Ubuntu, then your command would look like:

/usr/bin/wget -O /dev/null "http://yourdomain.com/index.php?option=com_tdownloadstore&task=cron.action"

In Linux systems, you usually can find the exact path of wget by executing the following command in your terminal:

whereis wget

Setup cronjob with Plesk

cronjobs plesk
